  2. Samples and photos are for reference only — actual pieces may differ.

  3. Natural aging and tone changes may occur with time, light, and humidity.

  4. Wood movement (expansion/shrinkage) is natural; proper handling is required.

  5. No returns or claims accepted for natural variations or custom-made orders.
